Parsifex was built to make corporate risk disclosures accessible, structured, and ready for analysis. It grew out of academic research into the language and economics of how US firms communicate risk, and the conviction that these insights should be available beyond academia.

Dr. Amin Tavakkolnia holds a PhD in Business Economics from KU Leuven. His doctoral research focused on corporate risk disclosures and their economic implications, applying advanced text analytics, machine learning, and econometric modelling to evaluate risk communication by US public firms. He combines this academic expertise with hands-on experience in data analysis and performance evaluation in the FMCG and financial services industries.
